• First, visit the official website nccindia.gov.in.
• The home page will show you the option ‘Cadet Corner’ or ‘Online Enrollment.’
• Click on it and you will be redirected to the NCC integrated software portal.
• Mention your personal details like name, DOB, and father’s name.
• Select your unit (Army, Navy, or Air Wing).
• Upload all the documents and then hit submit.

How to Fix NCC NIS Login & OTP Issues?

If you are facing any issues in logging into the NCC Software Portal or any issues with OTP, then don’t worry. I am giving you the solutions to these errors, which will be very helpful.

1. Login Fail (Invalid Credentials)

Error: Your email or password is incorrect.

Real Fix: Make sure you’re using the email address you signed up with. Don’t remember your password? Click Forget Password. I’ve encountered this problem many times when people are typing their password into the browser. They put in the wrong password. Autofill is on; you have to disable it.

2. Rejection of the document (the most common mistake)

Problem: Units reject your form because of unclear documents.

Real Fix: All documents (Aadhaar, Medical, Photo) should be in PDF or JPEG format and less than 200KB in size. When I upload a document, the scanned photo is dark. The document is not accepted. I don’t use Adobe scanner.

3. OTP not received (Aadhaar & network problem)

Issue: OTP is not coming on the phone after submitting the form or login.

Real Fix: Ensure that the SIM slot of the mobile number linked to your Aadhar is 1 DND service. If DND (Do Not Disturb) is on in your phone, OTP might get blocked, Turn off DND for sometime to get OTP Try for OTP in late night or early morning instead of peak hours (10 am to 4 pm), when server load is low.

How to Log in to the NCC Integrated Software?

• Step 2: Enter your registered Email ID and Password.
